In July 2009, HILGRAH Enterprises, Inc. was selected as a subcontractor to Abercrombie & Associates, LLC for the Maryland State Department of Budget and Management's (DBM) Central Collections Unit’s (CCU) Modernization – Project Management (PM) Services contract. Project Management services were needed to oversee one of the State's Major Information Technology Development Projects (MITDP) to modernize the CCU's core business system. HILGRAH Enterprises, Inc.'s contract successfully concluded June 2022.
